This Privacy Notice explains how StruktFit collects, uses, and handles information submitted through the StruktFit landing page, waitlist, and early-access product. StruktFit is intended for users in the United States.

Information We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, the signup source, and basic technical records needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the waitlist.

Future StruktFit features may collect progress photos, body analysis data, workouts, training history, notes, goals, schedule preferences, equipment access, and product usage data.

How We Use Information

We use waitlist information to send beta access, product updates, waitlist communications, and operational notices.

Future fitness and body-related data should be used to provide StruktFit features, personalize training plans, maintain your account, improve product reliability, and support privacy or safety controls.

Service Providers

Form submissions may be processed by Netlify Forms. If enabled later, information may also be processed through StruktFit tools such as Notion, an email provider, hosting providers, analytics tools, or customer support systems.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use progress photos or body analysis data for advertising unless you give additional consent.

Progress Photos And Body Data

Progress photos and body analysis data are sensitive. StruktFit should use that data only to provide product features, improve your plan, maintain your account, and support user-requested controls unless you give additional consent.

Physique analysis and progress feedback are training aids. They are not medical, posture, injury, or body composition diagnoses.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing or product update emails using the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails.

To request deletion of waitlist information or ask privacy questions, contact privacy@struktfit.com.

Age

StruktFit is intended for adults. Do not join the waitlist or use the product if you are under 13. Users under 18 should use StruktFit only with parent or guardian permission.
