StruktFit uses the information you provide to assess beta eligibility, operate your account, create your analysis and training plan, and support your workouts. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Photo analysis is optional and only begins after you choose Analyze my physique. StruktFit uses OpenAI for that processing.
Scope
This policy explains how StruktFit ("StruktFit," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you use the StruktFit mobile app, website, and support services. StruktFit is intended for people age 18 and older.

Photo and AI processing
Photo analysis is optional. Before analysis begins, the app displays a short processing notice, links to this Policy, and asks for your explicit consent through the Analyze my physique action. If you do not consent, the photos are not sent for AI analysis.
AI processing provider: OpenAI. When you request analysis, StruktFit prepares the selected images on your device and securely sends them through a StruktFit service hosted by Supabase to OpenAI. The request is configured not to store a reusable response record. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the customer opts in; OpenAI may retain limited abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days. StruktFit does not use your photos for facial recognition, identity matching, advertising, attractiveness ratings, diagnosis, or exact body-fat or body-measurement calculations. Photo files are kept locally in the app's storage on your device. StruktFit does not save the photo files to your account or cloud database. Generated analysis content may be saved to your account so the app can build and sync your plan.
How we use information
- Assess beta eligibility, place applicants into the appropriate cohort or general launch list, and measure which recruitment sources produce qualified applications;
- Provide, personalize, and maintain StruktFit;
- Generate requested analyses, plans, and progress views;
- Authenticate users and sync account data;
- Monitor reliability, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot problems;
- Communicate with you about your application, support, security, or material service changes; and
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
Service providers and disclosure
We disclose information only as needed to operate StruktFit, including to Supabase for authentication, database, and server functions; OpenAI for optional analysis; and PostHog for privacy-conscious product analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use third-party advertising trackers.
Retention
We keep beta application information while the Founding 30 program is active and as reasonably necessary to manage future launch outreach, unless you ask us to delete it. We keep account and training data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain security. Locally stored photos remain until you replace them, restart the photo flow, delete your account, or remove the app. Provider security logs and backups may remain for a limited period under provider retention practices.
Your choices and rights
- AI analysis: do not choose Analyze my physique, and no analysis request will be sent.
- Camera and photos: manage app permissions in iOS Settings. You can upload instead of using the camera.
- Account deletion: in the app, open Profile → Data & Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes the account and account-linked training data and clears StruktFit data and physique photos stored by the app on that device.
- Access or correction: update available profile fields in the app or contact us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Contact privacy@struktfit.com. We may need to verify your request.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. StruktFit and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Children
StruktFit is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as StruktFit changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required. Questions or requests can be sent to privacy@struktfit.com or support@struktfit.com.
