StruktFit provides physique-focused training guidance and general wellness information. It is not a medical device or healthcare service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of the StruktFit app, website, and related services. By using StruktFit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity under your account. Notify support@struktfit.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may permanently delete your account from Profile → Data & Account in the app.
Physique and AI guidance
StruktFit may use automated systems to produce observations and training suggestions from the information and photos you choose to provide. Results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. They are subjective training-priority estimates, not objective physical measurements, diagnoses, or identification of defects, and they do not guarantee changes in appearance or physical results.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, pain, dizziness, or other concern. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you feel unwell. You remain responsible for exercise selection, form, load, environment, and safety.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos and information you submit. You grant StruktFit a limited, worldwide license to host, transmit, process, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse StruktFit, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate another person, probe security controls, automate abusive requests, or use the service to harm others. Do not upload photos of another person without their informed permission.
Ownership and license
StruktFit and its licensors own the app, design, software, branding, and service content, excluding your content. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StruktFit for lawful personal purposes under these Terms.
Third-party services
StruktFit relies on service providers for authentication, infrastructure, analytics, AI processing, and exercise information. Their services may be governed by additional terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or permanent availability of any particular feature. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or material violations of these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StruktFit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StruktFit and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or exercise-related injury arising from use of or reliance on the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Ending use
You may stop using StruktFit at any time and may delete your account in the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions—remain effective after termination.
Changes, law, and contact
